Use of the MyAshrai website (the "Site") is subject to the terms below. Browsing the Site or using any of its tools constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the service

  • The Site is a comparison and information tool only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, pension advice or a personal recommendation.
  • The Site is not a bank, is not a card issuer, and is not a party to any agreement between you and a bank or card issuer.
  • Results, rankings and calculations are presented for general information only and do not constitute an offer, invitation or commitment of any kind.
  • Use of the Site is at your own risk.

2. Accuracy of the data

  • The data (card fees, cashback, benefits, foreign-exchange fees, interest rates and so on) is gathered from public sources published by the banks and card companies, and was accurate at the time of collection.
  • Card terms change over time, so inaccuracies, gaps or out-of-date figures are possible.
  • It is your responsibility to verify the exact terms — including subscription fees, charges, benefits and limits — with the bank or card issuer before making a decision.
  • The Site does not guarantee continuous availability, completeness of the data, or that the tools will operate without faults.

Important: nothing on the Site replaces checking the binding terms with the bank or card issuer. The decision whether to open, switch or cancel a card is yours alone.

3. No guarantee of approval

"Approval odds" or "eligibility" indicators on the Site are an estimate only and are not a promise that a card will be approved or of the terms offered. Decisions on card approval, credit limits and conditions are made solely by the bank or card issuer, at their discretion and based on their own checks.

The Site contains links to websites of banks, card companies and other organisations. We do not control those sites and they are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or the service they provide.

5. Intellectual property and trademarks

  • The content, design, code and tools on the Site are the property of MyAshrai unless stated otherwise.
  • The names of banks and card companies mentioned on the Site are the trademarks of their owners, referenced solely for identification and comparison.
  • Such references do not indicate any connection, sponsorship or partnership between MyAshrai and those organisations.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or make commercial use of the Site's content without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Site unlawfully, including attempting to disrupt its operation, circumventing security measures, automatically harvesting content, or abusing the tools.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site and its information are provided "AS IS". MyAshrai, its owners and contributors shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, including financial loss, loss of profit or other harm, arising from use of the Site, reliance on its information, or inability to use it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The update date appears at the top of the page, and continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Content removal requests (rights holders)

We respect copyright and trademarks. Content on the Site is based on public information, written in our own words, and does not include third-party files, images or logos. Nevertheless, if you hold rights and believe content on the Site infringes them, write to [email protected] with details of the right and the relevant link, and we will review the request and correct or remove the content as soon as possible.
